1. Is your resume "copy ready" or does it need to be edited or updated?
2. Do you have an existing web resume, website, or URL?
3. How will you deliver your data to us? Electronically (MS Word, text, HTML, PDF?) or hard copies by fax?
4. Do you want to include specific graphics/colors, photos, or multimedia files?
5. Do you have (or want) a blog?
6. Do you want to include resume downloads (text, rich text, PDF, MS Word)?

Forward Your Files

	Electronic Files	E-mail your files to: services@careerfolios.com	Electronic files (such as MS Word, text, and RTF) may be forwarded as e-mail attachments or pasted directly into your email window.
	Text Files	Instructions: How to create text files	Creating your own text files will keep your price down. Text conversion service
	Hard Copies	24 Hour Fax: 503-213-6022	Files that are transferred via fax will need additional processing and setup fees.
	Graphics / Photos	E-mail files to: services@careerfolios.com	For the best results, send files that have been saved on the "highest" resolution setting.
